A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day of the event, unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
Dates are not confirmed until deposit is received.
Payments may be made via:
• Zelle
• Cash
• Other agreed payment method
Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
Client agrees to provide:
• Safe and adequate performance space
• Suitable sound system (unless otherwise arranged)
• Access to the venue at agreed call time
• Safe changing area (if required)
Baila ConRitmo reserves the right to adjust choreography if space or safety conditions are
limited.
Travel fees may apply depending on event location.
Additional fees may apply for events outside of the Bay Area or requiring extended travel time.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Client cancellation less than 72 hours before the event requires full payment of the remaining
balance.
If cancellation occurs due to Force Majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters,
extreme weather conditions, government orders, or emergencies beyond either party’s control),
both parties will be released from their contractual obligations and any deposits paid will be
returned.
If performers arrive on-site and the performance cannot proceed due to client-related or
venue-related issues (including but not limited to space limitations, technical problems,
scheduling conflicts, or unsafe conditions), full payment is still required.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.
Baila ConRitmo is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Venue restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Technical issues outside our control
• Acts of God or emergencies
In such cases, performance time may be adjusted accordingly.
Baila ConRitmo may use photos or videos from the event for promotional purposes unless
otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the event.
Baila ConRitmo is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from unsafe venue
conditions or audience participation beyond reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe event environment.
Welcome Experience services are priced separately from performance packages.
Customization requests must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Booking Baila ConRitmo services implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
